1. Service Description

Carousel Maker ("the Service") is an AI-powered Telegram bot that generates Instagram carousel posts from text content. The Service allows users to submit text, articles, or files and receive professionally designed multi-slide carousel images suitable for posting on Instagram.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service (sending /start to the Telegram bot), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you submit to the bot and publish on Instagram.
• You must not submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• You must not use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or content that violates Instagram's Terms of Use.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account and Instagram access token.

4. Generated Content

• Generated carousel images are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
• Design styles, layouts, and color schemes are generated by AI and are not exclusive to any user.
• You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated carousel images for your personal or commercial Instagram posts.
• We do not claim ownership of your original text content or the generated images.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

• The Service offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans. Plan details and pricing are displayed in the bot via /subscribe and on our website.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial months. See our Refund Policy for details.
• Usage limits (generations, Instagram posts) reset at the start of each billing period.
• Promotional pricing (e.g., 50% off first month) is available once per user and cannot be combined with other offers.

6. Free Plan

• The Free plan provides 5 carousel generations total (not per month).
• Free plan users have access to random AI design styles but cannot use custom templates or Instagram publishing.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

7. Service Availability

• The Service is provided on a "best effort" basis. We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted availability.
• We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes that temporarily affect Service availability.
• Generation times may vary depending on server load and AI processing capacity.

8. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including but not limited to: submitting prohibited content, abusing the Service, or attempting to circumvent usage limits.
• You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carousel Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Telegram bot.
