Overview
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Free Plan
The Free plan costs $0 and does not involve any payment. No refund applies.
Paid Subscriptions (Basic & Pro)
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Telegram bot or through the Paddle customer portal. No questions asked.
- No partial refunds. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
- Promotional pricing. First-month promotional discounts (e.g., 50% off) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
When We May Issue a Refund
We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following cases:
- Technical failure — if the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period during your billing cycle and we were unable to deliver the service you paid for.
- Duplicate charge — if you were accidentally charged more than once for the same billing period.
- First-time billing error — if you were charged without intending to subscribe (e.g., accidental purchase), reported within 48 hours of the charge.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through one of the following methods:

- Paddle Support: You can also contact Paddle directly through the receipt email you received at purchase.
Please include your Telegram username and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
